  • PVC-based paints, acrylate (solvent-based or aqueous) are suitable.

  • Do not paint with alkyd resins (synthetic resin paints) in combination with hot-dip zinc-plated surfaces!


Instructions:

The surface must be clean, dry and free from dust and grease. The layer thickness of the touch-up film should equal 1.5 times that of hot-dip galvanizing. In addition, the touch-up coating should overlap the hot-dip galvanising by at least 1 cm. Consumption: approx. 250–350 g/m² per coat.



Application:

Steel construction, shipbuilding, forging, fitter's shops and vehicle construction.
