Terms and Conditions for the klickpartspro Program

1. General

1.1 Participation in klickpartspro is free and voluntary.
1.2 Only adult business customers based in Germany are eligible to participate.
1.3 By registering for the program, the participant agrees to be contacted as part of the bonus program via email and phone.
1.4 Registration can be done in the customer account or during registration via a checkbox.
1.5 Points are personal or linked to a customer account and are non-transferable.
1.6 Cash payout, sale, or exchange of points is excluded.

2. Starting Credit and Special Promotions
2.1 Upon successful registration for the bonus program, the participant receives a one-time starting credit of 500 points.
2.2 An additional 250 points are credited for registering construction machinery in the customer account.
2.3 Special promotions with additional point allocations can be offered by klickparts for a limited time.

3. Collecting Points
3.1 Points can be collected from the first order, provided there is active participation in the program.
3.2 For every euro of net sales, 1 point is credited.
3.3 In the online shop, an info icon shows how many points can be collected with each purchase.
3.4 The expected number of points is displayed in the shopping cart and on the final checkout page.
3.5 After the purchase, the points are visible in the order receipt and binding order confirmation.
3.6 Subsequent crediting of points is excluded.

4. Crediting and Activating Points
4.1 Points are initially reserved when an order is placed.
4.2 Final crediting occurs only after invoicing.
4.3 In case of returns or cancellations, the corresponding points are deducted from the points account.
4.4 Points redeemed for orders are not refunded in case of returns and cancellations.

5. Redeeming Points
5.1 Collected points can be redeemed for an order from the first order onwards.
5.2 Redemption takes place directly in the shopping cart.
5.3 1 point corresponds to a value of 0.01 euros. A minimum of 1 point is sufficient for redemption.
5.4 Points can be redeemed up to the net merchandise value.
5.5 Overpayment or cash payout of a remaining value is not possible.
5.6 Combining with other voucher or discount promotions is excluded.

6. Validity and Expiry of Points
6.1 Collected points are valid for 1 year from the time of crediting.
6.2 After the validity period expires, the corresponding points automatically expire.
6.3 Newly collected points receive a new validity period of one year.

7. Points Overview and Management
7.1 An overview of the current points balance is available in the "My Account" section.
7.2 The points history with all previous transactions (credits, redemptions, expirations, etc.) is also visible.

8. Technical Notes and Availability
8.1 The display of points in the shop is done to the best of knowledge and technical availability.
8.2 In case of technical errors or display errors, the points balance stored in the system is decisive.

9. Changes, Termination, and Exclusion
9.1 klickparts reserves the right to change the bonus program at any time and to permanently discontinue it with 3 months' notice.
9.2 Changes to the terms of participation or the program will be communicated in a timely and transparent manner.
9.3 klickparts is entitled to exclude participants from the program in case of abuse, false information, or manipulation attempts.
