Here you will find answers to questions about klickparts. Should you have any further questions, you can of course also reach us by telephone at our service number xy. You are also welcome to send us an e-mail. Simply go to contact.

Who can order from us?

Since klickparts only sells goods to tradespeople, you must enter your sales tax identification number as a mandatory field when ordering. Please enter it conscientiously as it will not be checked automatically.

What are the shipping costs?

To find out our current shipping costs, simply go to Shipping Instructions.

What do I do if I forget my password?

Under the login at klickparts you go to "Forgot your password? Enter your login (usually your e-mail address) or your customer number. You will then receive an e-mail and can reset your password within three days.

How can I shop in the shop?

Place your selected products in the shopping cart. You can open your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" icon. When you have finished shopping, click on the "Shopping Cart", check your order and click on "Pay". Now you can either log in with your existing login or register again and open a customer account.

How can I pay?

To find out our current payment options, please go to Delivery Shipping Payment.

Can I also order from abroad with klickparts?

Go to Contact and send us your inquiry. We will make you an offer including the country-specific shipping costs.

Who do I contact if I need your professional advice?

My contact details have changed.

As a registered customer you can change your contact details. Enter your login or your customer number and you can easily change your details, such as delivery and billing address or contact person, or create an alternative delivery address. Please note that the delivery and billing addresses must be identical for invoice purchases.

When will I receive my order?

Experience shows that you will receive your delivery within two days after receipt of your order. You can check the status of your order at any time on your order confirmation via the link Status of my order.

How can I return an order?

Go to Delivery and Order and click the Return button. There you will receive the return receipt. Frank the package sufficiently and send it within 14 days to the following address:

How can I change or cancel my order?

As long as the order has not yet been shipped, you can change or cancel it via our customer hotline at +(49) 811 xy, Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 5.30 pm. Otherwise you can return the order without any problems.

How can I delete my customer account?

Enter your login (usually your e-mail address) or your customer number and click on "Delete account". Your account will be deleted within three working days. You will receive a confirmation email from us.
