Here you will find answers to questions about klickparts. If you have any further questions, you can of course also contact us by telephone on our service number 0811/ 999 787-222. You are also welcome to send us an e-mail. Just go to Contact.

Who can order from us?
As klickparts only sells goods to traders, you must enter your VAT number as a mandatory field when ordering. Please enter it carefully, as it will not be checked automatically.

What are the shipping costs?
To find out our current shipping costs, simply go to Shipping Information.

What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
Under the login at klickparts go to "Have you forgotten your password?" Enter your login (usually your email address) or your customer number. You will then receive an email and can reset your password within three days.

How can I shop in the shop?
Place your selected products in the shopping cart. You can open your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "Shopping cart" symbol. When you have finished shopping, click on the "Shopping Cart", check your order and click on "Pay". Now you can either log in with your existing login or register a new one and thus open a customer account.

My contact details have changed.
As a registered customer, you can change your contact details. Enter your login or customer number and you can easily change your details, such as delivery and billing address or contact person, or create an alternative delivery address. Please note that for purchase on account, the delivery and billing address must be identical.

How can I pay?
To find out about our current payment options, please go to Delivery Shipping Payment.

Can I also order from abroad at klickparts?
Go to contact and send us your request. We will send you an offer including the country-specific shipping costs.

When will I receive my order?
According to our experience you will receive your delivery within two days after receipt of your order. You can check the status of your order at any time on your order confirmation via the link Status of my order.

How can I change or cancel my order?
As long as the order has not yet been dispatched, you can cancel it by calling our customer hotline on

to change or cancel your order. Otherwise, you can return the order without any problems.

How can I delete my customer account?
If you want to delete your customer account, just send us an E-Mail at datenschutz@klickparts.com.
