The width of just 6 mm and the flexibility of the disc facilitates precision machining at the polishing site.



Machining in very tight spots


The felt polishing disc can be easily profiled using a file or sandpaper to adapt it to the area to be machined.



Instructions:
  • Important: If the individual work steps are not carried out carefully, flaws in the surface become even more obvious during buffing.

  • Perform preliminary testing or conduct your own tests!

  • The better the pre-sanding, the simpler and shorter the effort required for polishing.

  • A separate felt segmented grinding disc should be used for each paste. This prevents mixing of different pastes and impairment of the result.

  • Clean clogged felt segmented grinding disc by gently pressing with a wire brush.

  • Remove polishing residues on the surface with Wiener Kalk.

  • The application recommendations are of a general nature depending on how good the initial surface is or how high the requirements for the surface are.


Application:

Stainless steel, steel, non-ferrous metals and plastic parts and coatings.



Notice:

Max. 4000 rpm, recommended 1300 rpm


Apply respective paste with machine running!
