The application surfaces must be solid, clean, dry and free from grease and oil. Cut off thread cap, screw on nozzle and cut to the required strand width. Apply the adhesive using a suitable application gun. Apply adhesive in vertical beads at a distance of 10 cm to 20 cm. Place the work pieces in the correct position within the skin formation time and press these together to ensure that the thickness of the adhesive between the material and surface is at least 2 - 3 mm. Do not apply the adhesive in dots! Due to the high initial strength, fixing is not normally required during hardening. Reseal the opened cartridge so that it is airtight. Remove any adhesive that has escaped while it is still fresh. Cleaning hardened adhesive can only be done mechanically.
Suitable for bonding in the construction and metals industries, assembly bonds, vehicle and caravan construction, vehicle superstructures, machine and container construction, glass bonding in furniture and display case construction, solar and wind power plants, various industrial areas, apparatus and plant construction etc.
E.g. bonding of door frames, windowsills, corner profiles, sheets, panels, floor panels, cable ducts, stair construction, laminate laying, trim strips, signpost attachment, wood constructions, insulation materials.
Not suitable for expansion joints and natural stone.
