The parts to be adhered must be clean, free from grease and dry. Apply a thin, even layer of adhesive to just one of the surfaces to be adhered. Apply sufficient pressure to make the connection immediately, in order to ensure complete contact. Best adhesive results are achieved using superglue primer. Use the activator to speed up the reaction of superglues. This can usually be used on all kinds of substrates, but please test it beforehand on a concealed section for compatibility.
Due to the gel consistency, the cyanoacrylate structural adhesive is ideal for bonding tasks on overhead or vertical surfaces. The Klebfix GEL guarantees a stable bead and prevents accidental running of the adhesive. The superglue is suitable for bonding profile rubbers for wood and plastic windows, sign mounting, bonding of rubber seals, repairing broken edges, etc.
Good bonding of materials such as aluminium, steel, iron, copper, brass, paint, wood, MDF, chipboard, decorative panels, cork, cardboard, felt, leather, porcelain, fibre glass, rubber, plastics (such as hard PVC, ABS, PMMA) to and with each other. Not suitable for PP, PE, PTFE, silicone and bitumen.
