Instructions:
  • The surface must be dry and free from dust or grease.

  • Insert the push rod and then unscrew the cap and screw on a mixer. The first 1 to 2 cm of the mixed adhesive should not be used.

  • Then immediately apply the adhesive to one of the two mating parts and join within 1 minute. After joining the two substrates, a further 15-30 seconds remain for repositioning (depending on the material). The bonding must be pressed/fixed in place evenly. Fixing time is the time it takes until the adhesive can fix a weight of 3 kg for 10 seconds to an adhesive surface area of 250 mm². The fixing time depends on the substrate (see table on the technical data sheet).

  • After approx. 5 minutes, good initial strength is achieved, after 10 minutes good resistance, and after 24 hours final strength is achieved. However, the curing time depends on the temperature.

  • If you wish to continue using the mixer, reuse the adhesive after no more than 2 minutes or discard a few drops from the mixing tube so that it does not become clogged with cured material. If work is interrupted for longer than 2 minutes, the mixing tube must be replaced.

  • When you are finished, remove the mixer and screw the sealing cap back on.


Application:

Ideal for bonding parts with different or unknown adhesive gaps (up to 6 mm) or for applications where excess adhesive has to harden completely. The high gap filling capacity and high initial adhesion on most surfaces make the system the perfect product for repairs. The gel-like consistency prevents run-off even on vertical surfaces.



Notice:

Not suitable for use in pure oxygen or very oxygen-concentrated environments. It should not be used on heavily chlorinated or heavily oxidising substrates.
