Maximum permissible VOC content:


  • 140 g/l of product category 1 (i) ChemVOC FarbV and 540 g/l of product category 2 (c) ChemVOC FarbV

  • Max. VOC content: 540 g/l


Solids content of base material in %: 51.9



Instructions:
  • Diluting adjustment depending on coat thickness 2–7% water

  • Brush, roller or paint gun, minimum nozzle size 1.4 mm


Application:
  • As corrosion-protecting base and intermediate coat on steel, cast iron, sheet metal, e. g. vehicle chassis, metal constructions, bridge constructions, metal tanks, etc.

  • Painted surfaces

  • Bare sheet steel

  • Filled surfaces

  • Cannot be coated with polyester fillers

  • Reworking with PU sealants, e.g. Bond+Seal

  • Can be painted with all water and solvent-based 1-component and 2-component top-coat paints

  • Not suitable for powder coatings (temperatures too high)

  • Available colours: FC 0002 = beige
