PRIM-SUPGLU-50ML | Details please find in product description
The primer can be applied to the surface using absorbent material (e.g. a small sponge) or brushes as appropriate. Parts can also be immersed or sprayed.
The solvent must be completely flashed off before the adhesive is applied!
If there is only one mating part made from non-polar plastic (e.g. polyethylene or polypropylene), only this part has to be treated with primer. In this case, the adhesive should be applied to the untreated surface.
No more than an hour should elapse between application of the primer and application of the adhesive.
The primer is used to pre-treat non-polar, hard-to-glue plastics such as polyethylene, polypropylene, PTFE, PA 12, PETP, PI, POM, MVQ, TPE or silicone rubber, as the low surface tension of these materials make them difficult to moisten with the adhesive. These materials can then be bonded using cyanoacrylate, in particular Klebfix superglue.
Caution: For combination bonding with different materials, only the non-polar surface may be primed
