Whereas with conventional mineral oil-based lubricants the lubricating film may tear (e.g. at 120°C, red curve), our HHS® 5000 offers an extended lubricating effect (green curve) – "safety lubrication". The long-term effect is therefore ensured and offers excellent safety reserves in everyday use. It is only possible to produce a long-term effect when the lubricating point is clean and pre-treated.
We therefore recommend thorough and meticulous pre-cleaning with HHS® Clean, art. no. 0893 106 10 prior to each application.
Suitable for lubrication in the smallest gaps and at high temperature loads, e.g. throttle valve joints, internal bearings, chains and slide rails exposed to high temperatures and many more.
