Description
Würth - Master wheel hub and drive shaft mounting and dismounting set - 43 pieces. Universal assortment for pressing out, inserting and disconnecting drive shafts as well as for removing and installing the wheel hub.

Description:
  • The drive shaft must be inserted into the wheel hub if the fitting accuracy of the wedge taper profile of the drive shaft in relation to the wheel hub profile is especially high.

  • Two screw adapters are included for disconnecting the outer joint from the drive shaft, which allow the connection of a slide hammer up to 3 kg (optionally available) to the drive shaft thread.

  • The wheel hub flange can be used on either side, allowing tensile and compressive forces to be transferred using it. Suitable for 3, 4, 5 and 6-hole pitch with diameters of 96 to 138 mm.

  • The draw bolt sets ensure a load-bearing connection between the intake flange and the wheel hub and are suitable for wheel nut and wheel bolt systems.

  • 16 tonne mechadraulics are optionally available for pressing out particularly seized drive shafts, which can be screwed into the base unit by removing the reducer.

  • 1 x wheel hub and drive shaft removal tool set, 9 pieces

  • 3 x draw bolt set for wheel hub flange, 5 each of M12x1.25/M12x1.5/M14x1.5

  • 1 x drive shaft insertion set update, 19 pieces


Application:

For universal use for passenger cars to SUVs and vans with M14 wheel fastening and pitch circle up to Ø 136 mm. The drive shaft insertion set is suitable for nut (customary) and bolt-secured (e.g. VW/Audi) drive shafts.



Notice:

A suitable slide hammer is necessary for the removal of the wheel hub (e.g. art. no. 1952004050).
